Sports & Soft Tissue Massage In Leeds & Surrounding Areas

The prime purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.

It can also be useful to have a sports massage before exercise too. Doing it this way helps to prepare the muscles and soft tissue to ensure they are ready for activity. Alongside this they can also be useful to to manage long term issues such as postural problems or repetitive strain. The difference with a sports massage compared to a regular massage is that we look at what you need first and then apply the relevant action, so whether you have had an injury or just want to bring some life back to your muscle, we can help.
